Today, I want to write about some rules for healthy lifestyle. The first rule is try to eat healthy and avoid fast food restaurants. Fast food is very harmful for people's health because it consists of lots of fats and it makes people fat. Since fruits and vegetable have lots of vitamins it is a very healthy food. Try to eat less, but often because small portions are better for the prosses of metabolism. The second rule is do sport and be active. There are many different kinds of sporty activities, such as roller-blading, running, and biking. Try to spend more time outside. Also, you can go hiking, fishing, ruffting, or camping. The third rule is try to sleep well. Normaly people should sleep 8 hours per day. The sleep help people to take off weariness and get energy. I try to follow these rulles to be healthy.

That's all great advice, but sometimes it's hard to follow! I just bought a wii, though, and I'm getting lots of "virtual" exercise!
